How to Download Instagram Videos and Reels
Open Instagram, find the reel or video, tap the paper-plane share icon and choose Copy link. Come back to Instagram Video Download, paste the link into the box on the home page and tap Download.
You will see a button for every quality the video has. Tap one and the file downloads. On Android it lands in the Download folder. On iPhone it goes to Files › Downloads, from where you can save it to Photos.
For carousel posts, each video in the post gets its own row of buttons.
