Questions

Is it allowed to re-upload downloaded videos?

Can I get only the audio with Instagram reel save?

Yes. Choose the Audio (MP3) option to save just the sound track at 192 kbps.

Where is the downloaded file saved?

On Android it goes to the Download folder. On a computer it goes to your browser's default download location.
